She graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1992 and received an associates degree in Visual Arts and Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Jessica went on to work as a surgery technician in Ophthalmology for 14 years before pursuing her passion in art and Appalachian craft. Jessica owned and operated her own gallery and craft store along the Front Range in Monument, Colorado for 6 years before moving back east to be closer to family. Today, Jessica is the point person for her and her husband's new business venture, Buffalo Creek Farm and Market. Jessica has a 21-year-old son in the Army stationed with the 1st Infantry Division in Fort Riley, Kansas. She loves helping by presenting educational information as you move through major life changes.

Michael Humphreys is a Greeneville, Tennessee native. He graduated from South Greene High School in 1989. He received a BS of Journalism and a commission in the US Army Corps of Engineers from East Tennessee State University in 1994. Mike retired from the Army in December 2013 as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving in more than a dozen countries and operations. He is a combat veteran of Desert Storm, Kosovo and Iraqi Freedom. After retiring, Mike worked for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado for five months before contracting with the mutual company New York Life as a financial services professional. Today he specializes in helping fellow veterans and other services transition to civilian life, protect their income and retirement savings and live well in retirement.
